(Penile) malignancy concerns not being heard

USA, White M, 26, Slim stature, average height - long time (reduced) smoker, no health concerns before this besides chronic but manageable and benign issues (vasovagal syncope, migraines, cold intolerance)

Had a large cyst for 2 years on L cheek, benign, Cyst started swelling from minor infection mid sept., Cyst drained, prescribed doxycycline, Cyst excised but Failed to complete Doxy, (Autoimmune reaction?) HPV expression mid October (unvaccinated),

(Gen. Warts, condyloma, incontinence, leaking, uneven stream, urethral stinging) (Slightly swollen and firm L inguinal lymph nodes noticed, bowel changes, pains/discomfort/tightness in L side/back)

After a week of increasing breathlessness, panic attacks and 3 ER visits...

Diagnosed w (viral) Bronchitis (w partner) Prescribed antibiotics & methylprednisolone Methylprednisolone causes extreme mental reaction (Insomnia, grandiose delusions, extreme anxiety) Shortly after recovering, ingested moldy bread (Diarrhea, mucousy stool) (Discovered mold in microwave) Recovered...

Ongoing Symptoms: Dehydration, Autobreathing difficulty, breathlessness, Increased nasal drainage, throat (mild sore swelling?) Increased incontinence, leaking, uneven stream, Increased constipation, gas, Mild urethral stinging, Abnormally uneven (tes.) hanging , L side/back discomfort, pain, tightness, Sharp pains in gut, Mild aches, pulse in left inguinal area & teste, Lymph nodes - 3 L Inguinal lymph nodes still swollen, May be fluctuating, Sometimes painful (dull aches in area w/ left teste), 1 seems hard (to me), possibly fixed 2 extend up, more and even more palpable, still swollen More inguinal lymph nodes noticed over time - 2 R inguinal, fluctuating 2 L/R submental, L harder, still palpable

Partner (vaccinated) has experienced similar HPV and Bronchitis symptoms, as well as methylprednisolone side effects - to a lesser degree

No other UTIs, STDs or HIV Condyloma biopsy clean Cyst culture normal Thyroid levels normal

Multiple doctors, ERs and tests and I feel as though nobody is hearing my concerns of malignancy - running every possible test for STDs, UTIs and blood, except the ones that matter. I can't even get a CBC result back, but everything else is 'normal'. My body has never reacted like this before, I dont usually get sick, and the one time my inguinal lymph node was swollen before it was only one, and much more swollen and painful.

I finally have an ultrasound schedule in a few days but this has been tearing mine and my partners mental health apart for over a month. None of these tests are stopping my anxiety jumping from one possible diagnosis to the next. I pray to God I'm paranoid and just need reassurement from a medical professional who seems to know what they're doing, to affirm or dissuade my anxiety, or at least give me a clear picture of possibilities.
