Why do you "suspend" people but not provide any context to what they did wrong?

Question

Really confused why twitch suspends accounts for "breaking the rules" when a 7 day suspension is given and you do not tell the person what they did, I kind of think this is a bit silly as you are suspending people for no reason and then when they appeal within 10 seconds you claim to have read the appeal and rejected it. I find this completely unfair how you conduct your business. Not a good way to run a company where you cannot even talk to live people and its all automated. No wonder people are not watching you as much anymore.
