Need feedback on Access Management Automation MVP

Opinion

I'm working on a product automation for a Sonix startup, a tool/product that helps IT teams manage software access and billing across 1,000+ apps (Microsoft, Notion, etc.).

IT teams still spend too much time manually onboarding/offboarding employees. There's no automated way to assign or remove access based on roles, teams, or responsibilities, which leads to delays and mistakes.

We are working on the MVP that automates access provisioning to save time, reduce errors, and improve satisfaction/retention.

What features would you consider essential for an MVP in automated access management? Any UX or edge cases I should consider?
