Did the Page Transparency option got removed from Facebook? It's not there for me

There used to be the option to click on page transparency and view the ads that a Facebook page is running. Now that option is gone for me. Here is facebooks description on how to access it: https://www.facebook.com/help/323314944866264

I'm in Germany. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Cheers
