Can I import sounds effect for the AI that develops your app to then implement in my app?

Title. I'm not satisfied with the sounds effects it generates for me. I've tried to upload a mp3 file a few times but it has yet to incorporate it like I asked it to so I'm wondering if it's confused or if this is a software limitation
