Question about drug test timing

I recently took a UA for Bupe which had a cut off of 4ng. My test was negative. I took this lab test towards the end of the day, I’m wondering am I really negative or should I take a UA with my first urine of the morning.

For reference my last shot was 5/12. I did 3 of the 100mg. I’ve had zero withdrawal symptoms.
