Skin eczema specialist in the Eastside

I have a persistent skin eczema problem, lots of eczema on multiple places. I've been trying lots of non steroidal creams I've found work for other people on the internet but it just punts the problem one week down the road. I have been to two skin doctors, neither really helped. Latest one was Dermatology Arts in Bellevue, they just prescribed me Desonide which works when I apply it and then the eczema comes back. I'm curious if anyone with a persistent eczema problem has a favorite dermatologist on the Eastside that really worked with them to make the situation better?

I know it's a persistent problem so I'm not expecting magic, just to make the temporary fixes last longer than one week.
