how to get repair on out of warranty laptop uk

hi my laptop screen had a crack in it which turned the screen black

i have extended my depot service warranty that starts on the 22nd of december

but i really need my laptop but i cannot get it fixed from the request ticket as it says its out of warranty and takes me to the contact page

but i cant contact anyone for help because it makes me chat with a virtual agent which is useless

when my warranty starts is there even a guarantee my laptop can be fixed????

idek what to do anymore please help
