Immediate need for overnight caregiver!

My elderly mother fell and is currently in the hospital in Nashville awaiting an emergency shoulder replacement. We need someone that can stay overnight with her in the hospital as she recovers and possible continue with some light in-home care once she is discharged. Does anyone have personal recommendations?

My mother has a fear of being in the hospital, especially when she is on strong painkillers so we need someone who is caring and compassionate. Thank you so much! I live across the country and trying to help from afar.
