Honest Ezhire review! Avoid this company

Writing this down in hopes that someone searches the internet someday and will see this reddit post, and absolutely avoid to rent from EzHire.

- First issues I had with them were about requesting a car with apple car play because it would be fairly easier to navigate with it, as a new driver.

- They kept promising and changed a car after, not exaggerating, about 50 emails and 5 manager calls later. The car I received after a lot of stress and frustration with their customer service, was worse than the first one, apple car play still not working, plus it came with a drained battery which made me miss a few important meetings. Many hours passed until they changed the battery.

- Continuously having issues with their Customer Service, they just sugarcoat everything and use macros hardly.

- Got a fine which I wanted to pay by myself but no, they wanted to charge me the amount of the fine, plus a 30% or so margin for their “service“ which is absolutely ridiculous. Just know that on parking fees they don’t even let you pay yourself, they straight up charge you extra.

- Another fine showed up on my account, which I’m struggling for weeks to find information about, which they cannot provide, it doesn’t show up in any official authority’s archive. They keep sending cut out screenshots or missing information and just want to subtract money from the account.

- Delayed pick-up, delayed drop-off. They don’t care.

Ezhire is the absolute worst experience I had with Customer Service, with a product, with a service and it is worth mentioning that their partner Autostrad, are just as incompetent.

Trying to charge me extra for damage that was there on the car.

It took a lot of frustration and stress with this company, hence writing the post, because normally I don’t really care. But I hope people will see this and will have a second thought about hiring with this company. If you can, please avoid.
