People, WTF? Why so many orientation?

Hi! I saw the channel in Pinterest, that author write differences between orientation and maybe in genders, but in Russian, and someones look like not real, like orhideasexual (looks like aegosexual), bi-hetero, gay-lesbi. It seems for me so strange, but I am asexual. Why are so many orientations?
