Has anyone had luck getting refunded diamonds?

So despite having the "Diamond confirmation" notification turned on, I accidentally purchased a deco (that I personally find hideous) that cost me 299 diamonds earlier (no notification popped up).

This has never happened to me before. I reached out to support already but I'm wondering if anyone has had luck being refunded? I don't want this stupid thing lol.
