is recluse loot pool awful or am I insane

when I started playing recluse she had normal loot pool, I'd frequently get staffs and the occasional seal. rounds were great. ever since maybe late July her loot pool has been fucking atrocious. was it changed in an update?? every round I get strictly melee weapons and dear god the amount of times I've seen jar canon. I get a shitty staff with one playable spell earlyish and MAYBE a decent one at the end, haven't seen a seal in years. the amount of times I've gone in with gravity well as my only viable spell, or still using starter staff, of relying on a weapon skill is insane. it's made playing her so unenjoyable and pretty much useless but I'm addicted like it's gambling. I switch off her for a while and come back to see if it's changed, if it was just that round, if it was affected by my teammates but it's still terrible. every round. even in solo runs I don't get staffs. played with a rev thinking ok maybe I'll get some seals now. both of us got dogshit entire game. is my game busted. am I disgustingly unlucky or is this intentional
