Tirzepatide....

So I am on my 10th injection of tirzepatide.. started at 2.5 for 4 injections then 5 for four injections and so far 2 at 7.5 .. I should mention that I was on tirzepatide with another company for my initial weightloss... stopped for 2 months then started with PeterMD.. Started this round 2 months ago at 231 lbs.. I have only lost 5 lbs in that time... When I finished the other injections I was at 15.0 the highest amount injections.. Does my body need to adjust to the lower dosage or is something else wrong.. I drink nearly 100 ounces of water a day and intermittent fast In a 16/8 schedule... Active during my work ours... any help or suggestions would be great..
