How to deal with 17 card-50g orders

I have been a seller on Cardmarket for some time now, had pretty decent success and a good track record, although what I’m very much struggling with is getting my head around how to properly ship 17 cards where people cram their orders. If they’re all individually sleeved to ensure they don’t rub and get damaged is that already 39g. Layer cardboard on that and we’re up another 4g. That just leaves 7g for the envelope and shipping label if done absolutely correctly?

This is just the absolute bare minimum protection aswell and 17 cards is bulky enough so that cardboard wont protect from more than a soft sneeze
