Help me choose an Alaskan Cruise for a new traveler!

Hello everyone!

So for a while now ive been planning to go on an Alaskan Cruise with my partner and weve decided to go next year in 2026! Ive been doing research on a cruise and im having difficulties choosing and knowing if im getting a good price. For some info, it will just be me and my partner, we dont really drink alcohol just coffee really but were big foodies! I dont mind staying in a inside stateroom because we plan to be mostly out anyways. We dont mind being with families but Id prefer to be with a younger demographic then older couples. Im narrowing down between 3 lines: the Princess Star Princess, Holland America Noordam, and the Celebrity Edge. Im also not sure if I should add the packages that includes wifi, drinks, and specialty dinning as i dont know if theyre worth it
