The newest captain on the Grand Line needs a crew. Setting out to make a name for herself, this new captain wants to make the most incredible crew out there. Loyalty above all else as there's much treachery afoot on the seas. A collection of Wanted Posters gives this new captain some potential prospects for her crew. And she has the negotiation tools to win over these pirates to fly under her flag.

This idea can also work in the world of Fire Emblem. Using the game FE: Heroes as inspiration, it could be the summoner or even one of the summoned heroes that wishes to craft the best host of heroes. Askr is in trouble as many other kingdoms threaten its borders. A new summoner has been called for to bring heroes from other worlds to their aid.

Another possibility is an event that merges the Marvel and DC universes together. Bringing all the heroes and villains into one existence. When the two universes converged, one super saw a chance at a new life. Is it a hero looking to make a new team to protect the world? Or perhaps a villain trying to turn over a new leaf?

And there's also the idea of a pro wrestling RP. The newest addition to the roster is making waves in the ring and backstage. Winning over the crowd is important, not as important as winning over those with influence in the locker room.

We can also just toss a bunch of fandoms together. Whether it be something like Super Smash Bros where a bunch of characters come together to compete or simply live in the same universe to interact. There's plenty of fun that can be had.
