CSS Profile for NCP

My daughter completed the CSS profile with her information and her mother’s. Her mother and I are not married and I’m trying to input my information as the other parent but this site make absolutely no sense at all. Step 1 was tix create an account as a “Student” which I did. Step 2 was the complete the application with my financial info on there; however there is no link for me to access my daughter’s application because they think I’m her since my account is a “Student” account per the steps. This has been incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming. Can anyone offer any assistance to me as to how I can add my financial info to my daughter’s application? Thanks.
