Where to buy affordable clothing for genz

Hi, I will be going to japan over the summer, and I wanted to know what stores/locations are good for cheap but trendy clothing for girls.

I heard that uniqlo and gu are popular and affordable, but a lot of their clothes are pretty basic / already in America.

Basically what is the japanese version of urban outfitters/zara. Stuff that you would see like kpop stars or influencers wearing.

I love thrifting, but from what I saw a lot of "japanese thrift" stores just look like curated vintage shops. If you have any more affordable recommendations, please let me know. I'm not planning on spending like 25 dollars on a tshirt that could be 5 dollars here.
