I recently received an email. "We are pleased to introduce an exclusive investment opportunity under the JUNKET Short Sell Investment Program, launched in collaboration with the Philippine Amusement and Gamin Corporation (PAGCOR) and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE)."

Promised 100-200% return.

I know it's a scam but can somebody help me understand what "JUNKET" short sell is?
