Just realized I forgot to disclose a traffic violation on the C&F of my apps

Somehow when completing the C&F for my applications, I didn't think to include an ACOD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal) traffic violation.

Long story short, high school, mechanical failure, wrapped around a tree, nobody was hurt, cop cited me for "failure to maintain vehicle with recommendation for ACOD," and explained that ACOD meant it would be "like it never even happened," so I somehow didn't think to mention it in C&F.

Now after thinking about it, I should amend that, shouldn't I? Do I just email the schools or what?
