Volvo EX90 GHCA issue

I am having issues with my car Volvo EX90 Ultra's GHCA part. I got the car January 1, 2025, since than here there issues are going on.

Late June 2025, car don't takes AC charge at home via Volvo provided L2 charger. Took it to dealer and issued ticket with Volvo found GHCA bad and need to replace. Finally, Volvo replaced it on October 7th, 2025. I was driving and charging as good.

Unfortunately, November 22, 2025, again car does not taking any AC charge at home, charging by only DC, which is costly. Talked with Volvo and took it to dealer service facility and found same issues as prior (10/07/2025) replaced GHCA failed again. This time parts ordered to replace. Dealer checking why its failed. I am hoping they will find all root causes, but funny part is that, I felt, Volvo like to blame to owner which is terrible. I stood firm against it, they took initiative to fix and I filled a Leamon claim with state consumer department for it.

Bottom line, like the car driving quality and comfortless but besides software glitches, I cannot believe Volvo used very cheap or unreliable hardwires which is causing more cost to them and same time as a customer just getting frustrating. Not sure what will be the best outcome to keep driving the care or replace it get different car?
