ooking for a Tea House near Downtown

Hi Iowa City—any recommendations for a dedicated Tea House or Tea Room near the Downtown/Ped Mall area?

I'm hoping for a spot that focuses on quality loose-leaf tea and a relaxing atmosphere, not just standard coffee shops or bubble tea (unless they have amazing pure tea options).
