Need help: Best free effects for still images (without keyframes)?

Hey everyone, I just started editing and need help with a small issue. I’m using some still images that stay on screen for 4–5 seconds, and the zoom lens effect I’m using keeps repeating, so the shot looks boring and weird.

I’m looking for:

A free effect to make still images look more dynamic

Something that doesn’t require keyframes

Or any simple hacks to make long stills feel engaging
