Help me understand
For the past 6 months or so, I have had an active hinge account and every once in a while I’ll look into it. Honestly there’s very little activity. Recently I have been checking it a bit more. One thing I have noticed is that when a guy “ likes or matches with me” he doesn’t do much or anything to start a conversation.
I do prefer guys to start a conversation and here’s why. Up until the past couple years, it was a very common statement from many men, if they like a girl, they will let us know. I have started conversations, but tend to not go too far ( I tend to wrap a lot of this up in the category of, they are not that interested). Which leads me back to why I prefer guys to start a conversation. If you are interested you will…
Even with the conversations that get started, a lot of guys get caught in a cycle of asking,.. what I’m into,.. I will mention a couple things and then they cycle back to “ what else” …
What is going on? There seems to be so much focus on what I like to do and no initiative to actually meet up in person?
