Streaming from Steam Library

Curious if anyone has gotten Star Citizen to stream to a local computer on the network? I added the RSI Launcher as a non-steam game but when I start the game from the computer I want to stream to it just crashes and then I noticed the game launch screen is up on the remote computer that has the game installed.

I also tried launching directly from the Star Citizen Live directory and bypassing RSI Launcher.
