Help needed regarding Passport Approval

Hello Everyone,I don't know if this is the right place to ask here but yeah actually I'm 18 yrs old and I've applied for a fresh passport and i have all the correct documents,so my passport office visit was hassle free but at the time of police verification,they asked for my parent's Document.So my father's has a valid indian Passport but the issue is that my mother doesn't and her birth certificate is also misplaced so can't find it and her school lc wasn't accepted by them as it didn't had mentioned place of birth.Also the dob in the lc is incorrect,but he has other valid government id like pan card,aadhar card and voter id with all correct information.So currently my file is at RPO.So which document should i present to them to get this issue resolved. I've booked an appointment at RPO next month so thinking of resolving this thing in 1 visit.Any help is appreciated pls do share.Thank you for your attention.
