My daughters mother is holding me back from going to the US NAVY

I’ve enlisted into the navy I’m trying to better my life to be a better father and my daughters mother won’t submit my daughters information so I can go to MEPS to make it to bootcamp idk wtf to do!!!!! All I want is a better life for my daughters mother won't
