How much would it cost to reconfigure and fitout an apartment like this?

Location: Sydney

This couple totally reconfigured their apartment.

How much would it cost to reconfigure a 2B1B into a 3B2B?

How much would the high end fitout have cost?

I like those floors - where can I get similar?

But in straight planks, not herringbone.

Are they engineered, or hybrid?

I would love to do this.

If not the reconfiguration (red tape), then at least the fitout.
