Is the alter ego (any color) mostly for young women?

I showed someone the black alter ego to and their opinion was that coach topia bags are for young women under 30?
I’m 36 and love the black one. I’m indecisive between the black gunmetal Etta and the alter ego black. For reference; people say I look 21-28? lol.
