Forced nofap due to circumcision

I am shitting bricks rn.

I’m in my mid twenties and getting a circumcision due to medical reasons (phimosis) I regularly watch pornography and fap. I will need to refrain from any sexual activity for 2 months from the time I get my surgery.

I’d like to be no fap and kept giving it a go at different times this year. Never did I make it beyond 9 days. It impacted my sleep so much, I would be tired and in bed and yet unable to fall asleep.
