Anyone seen Dr Lachlan Farmer?

I’m a nonbinary person planning to have meta with Dr Goossen in Brisbane, who’s been the only Aussie option until very recently. I had my first consult with him where I made it clear (or I thought I did) that I didn’t want a scrotum. I’ve recently received my quotes and he’s included a scrotoplasty with fat grafts. He also misgendered me in the letter he wrote to my doctor. I don’t feel like I’ve been listened to and it makes me extremely anxious that I’m going to wake up with a set of balls that I absolutely do not want.

Dr Farmer has recently turned up on the scene with the Gender Institute in Adelaide and I’m strongly considering getting a second opinion, but I’ve not really seen or heard much about his results. Something that has me leaning towards Dr Goossen is that he will do UL without a v-nec, which I know is a spicy topic and not a lot of surgeons are comfortable doing that. It also seems that Dr Farmer’s main areas of expertise are in FFS and vaginoplasties, and I’m hesitant about plastic surgeons doing urological procedures. His website also only mentions scrotoplasties and has nothing concrete about him performing meta, though I know through the grapevine he’s offered it previously at the least.

If anyone’s got any info on Dr Farmer, any experiences with him or even if they can confirm he does meta at all, that would be much appreciated 💙
