Lg c5 judder

Hello fellow lg oled owners, coming from an older plasma 1080p TV and never having this issue I'm just curious if anyone else gets a lot of judder mainly when streaming movies? I have tried all of the motion settings and nothing helps. Is this just a normal thing with 4k tvs?
