Lower right abdominal pain

22F 115lb Doesn’t smoke, rarely drinks. Takes oral contraceptives.

About a day ago i was having sharp, stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen. Near my right hip bone. I had chills and was shaking. I finally fell asleep and woke up today and it’s not as bad as yesterday but still there, it’s very tender to touch that area. I thought maybe it was gas so I tried the ILU massage to try to help it works its way out but the pain just stays in that lower right area. I’ve also had normal bowel movements and been eating a normal amount of food daily. Any ideas?
