NVIDIA Marketplace website - How long before shipping

I ordered the ASUS Ascent GX10 6 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. When I finally figured out how to do a live chat with them they said I would get an email when it ships and they have no estimate. What are other's experience with shipment? How long do they take to ship? Thank you
