Advice for a newbie about to take it for weight loss?

Hi, I have not had success with Metformin and GLP-1s for weight loss (stomach issues for the first, crazy fatigue and brain fog for the second, among other things). So now my doctor wants me to try Wellbutrin.

I’m hypersensitive to most medications. Any advice from you guys about minimizing side effects or anything else to be aware of before I start taking it?
