how to impress grad schools?

hey guys. im lowkey trying super hard to impress either med school or optometry school with everything i have going but i was wondering if theres anything else grad schools really like to see.

as of right now (sophomore in undergrad)

i am most likely doing research with a professor next semster. i have a part time optometric tech job since August. i also have been a undergrad teaching assistant for a bio lab (doing it for 1 year total) . i am volunteering as much as I can with food pantries, museums, food drives, etc. (basically so much volunteering is my goal before i graduate college). i am also planning on reaching out to an elementary school to tutor or even just help out librarains more like a volunteer position but very ongoing. unsure yet. however i feel like everyoneee is doing this so is there anything else i can do to impress admissions and give them a WOW factor that pulls it off. i’m trying man.
