UCL imb chances

im an international ib student, predicted 38/45 so right at the entry cutoff, good grades in econ math HL and computer science SL but my other subject scores are not that great (hence the 38). if anyone's applying or know anything abt the course be brutally honest what are my chances and how can i boost my chances ?
