Best way to allow access from outside my network?

I run a bunch of services for personal use and they all run on proxmox. I'd love the ability to access my proxmox webUI, Homarr, Stash, Transmission, Overseer, etc from outside my home network by going to a domain. But doing so sounds both unsafe and scary.

What is the best way to do this and the proper way to ensure security for my data and network?
