I have really good aim, but for some reason they aren't connecting in the finals?

I'm lvl 9 faceit player on CS, Ascendant on Valorant, but for some reason no matter how well I am at the aiming I'm still missing? Is there a reason for this? Bloom, Servers, Etc. I'm hitting (getting hitmarkers) full mags and barely doing any damage, and everything. Skill Issue maybe? I'm so tired of it, that I'm ready to drop the game. I will try recording some clips to show.
