Dubai chronic arthritis 35F

Hi! I've been dealing with chronic RA since 15 years now. It got worse after covid vaccines. Anyone in similar situation? I have started biologics and am now on actemra as symponi and othe local biologicals didnt work for me. Im looking to ask for help with managing disease in any form (exercise,swimming,yoga etc) and a contact of a person who can guide in this.
