Who Is Wrong?

In S2E5, Since Vox is rage-baiting and spreading misinformation about Charlie & the hotel, Vaggi sends Lucifer to Vox's Sinner Rally to get Vox to stop.

But this didn't work. Vox humiliated Lucifer by saying he's a threat to sinners.

Meanwhile, Charlie had plans of her own. She gets in touch with the angels, and they come up with a plan for Heaven to apologize to Hell for everything they've ever done, including killing the sinners every year. Gift baskets and all.

But this didn't work either. Vox humiliated the angels by saying they declared the yearly exterminations for fun, which is completely false.

Both plans backfired, and Vox declared war.

When Charlie finds out about Vaggi & Lucifer's plan, she crashed out on them REALLY hard. She & Vaggi got dangerously close to breaking up (thankfully they didn't), and she also kicks Lucifer out of the hotel, saying he screwed things up for her enough.
