Supply pack glitch fixed?

So I haven't played the game for a month or two, and I used to use the supply pack glitch a lot. For those who don't know it or don't entirely remember it, you drop the pack and press the use backpack button quickly after. It wouldn't use one of the resupplies and you'd get all the benefits of using it.

Now as the title says, was this glitch fixed?
