Best bow for non-VATS users (free aim)

Im currently in between the Burning Love and a bl/aim/end/polished compound bow.

I run unyielding ce armor with rangers but i havent put too much thought into it bc I dont have too much time to experiment with builds atm.

I am wondering if there is anything better than what im using? Is furious relevant for non vats users?
