Narc brother outed me at work

my narc brother outed me at work and bad mouthed me to customers because I wouldn’t bail out our narc mother financially even though she got into her own financial mess by giving hI’m and his wife tens of thousands of dollars that they didn’t need for frivolous things. she also over spends on shopping and other things she doesn’t need. I recently was offered a job out of state making more $$$ and my partner got a job offer as well. I am thinking of leaving and never saying looking back. neither one of them have ever contributed anything to my life other than to criticize me and put me down.
