Where to find Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire for not over $100?

Hi everyone. I’m trying to find my childhood Pokemon games but the stores I’ve checked in Kobe and Kyoto had them priced over $100 USD each. Is this the standard pricing now?

I understand you have to look further out than the big cities to get them at a few thousand yen per game, but I haven’t got a clue on where that would be. Could anyone please help?

I’m looking to keep the games, not resell them, so let’s put the hate comments on some other post.
