Question about vassal's succession law
Heyo, i want to ask about vassal succession law in Japan
at my first playthrough, when i got shogunate and had primogeniture law (both that i got from innovation and realm law), everyone is automatically have the same primogeniture law
couple days away, i did my second playthrough and i did almost everything the same but then i noticed that all of my vassal have equal partition law, and somehow i cant change it unless i (using console) took the title, add succession law manually for the title, give it back to my vassal. If i give the title right away it will be automatically equal partition with a note that "the tribal ruler cant change"
the only different thing is i used RICE and EPE mods this time
what i have tried so far

have the highest authority, change my succesion to ultimogeniture or other law succession, but all vassal's succession stay the same

using console command effect every_vassal_or_below = { set_succession_law = succ_primogeniture }

tried new gameplay with speed conquest using console, have a high authority, change my succession law, but still my vassal's succession stuck at equal partition
