swiss and spanish culture

hello ! i'm not sure how to dive into this so i'll get straight to it.

both of my parents come from europe : my mom from spain (a coruna) and my dad from switzerland (solothurn). i was born and raised in america and although i would visit both sides of the family every year as a child, i no longer go now that i am older and no longer live with my family.

as many of you i am sure already know, there is a girl group member named lara raj who is infamous in my generation for being such a famous idol who expresses herself and her heritage (tamil indian). with this, you always see her wearing a bindi and indian accessories.

although i am aware that there are not as many cultural attire or accesories like in asian cultures, as well as particularly for men (i am male), i am hoping to find some help with this.

i would love to begin wearing small, casual cultural attire or accessories, or something of the sort. just something where i can wear it everyday that represents either spain or switzerland, similar to how lara raj does so with her bindi and jewelry. i know its a bit harder since i am a guy, but any and all ideas are accepted.
