Making my first character, help?

Advice

Hello, so the thing is sometime next year after my current dnd group finish the campaign we are on, one of the players wants to play pathfinder.

I always wanted to try pathfinder so everyone seems to be looking forward to it.

What I'd like is to describe what I've thought about as a character and get your opinion on if it would actually play well as most of my dnd campaigns have ended way before lvl cap and I honestly have issues figuring out how a character will look down the line, in pathfinder.

My character concept is a Minotaur guardian, but not shield focused, instead a little more aggressive in medium armor and two handed weapon. Greataxe is the weapon because of the ancestry feat at lvl 1. The class feats i tought about were

Lvl 1 long distance taunt Lvl 2 taunting strike Lvl 3 robust health Lvl 4 raise haft Lvl 5 stretching reach Lvl 6 proud nail Lvl 7 toughness Lvl 8 group taunt Lvl 9 beast of burden Lvl 10 enrgey interceptor

And i have no idea what to take when it comes to later feats and no idea what skill feats to take As dnd is a lot more free with the whole shop thing? Like what money downtime stuff do I even do? Suggestion will be appreciated.

Please feel free to suggest edits as long as it sticks to the character idea. The only other character i know will be in the group is a cleric that is going to be focusing on grapple fighting. Also maybe a barbarian.
