I need help understanding

So i looked at amazon on the 4th (12/4/25) and the q20 pro i was gonna get for 1299$ was gone, only the regular q20 for 1k, and i did some research and apparently they rebranded to YVY, ive found yvyebikes.com and yvy-ebikes.com with all different prices. From my understanding in the US its now the K20 Pro, and from the first website its 1.6k but from the second one its 1.8k, and i was trying to understand until i came across a statement from ridstar saying brands like Zudilla or smthn were selling their bikes without permission, and i looked at the list of brands that was doing this and YVY was on there! it said YVY took their bikes and is selling unauthorized, their yt only has 400 subs but their one vid show casing the k20 has 600k views. I DONT UNDERSTAND SOMEONE HELP ME, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS A SCAM AND WHERE TO GET A Q20 PRO (2K WATT AND 52V BATTERY) FOR LOWEST AS POSSIBLE NOT FROM ALIBABA OR TS, CAUSE IM HEARING 80K DIFFERENT THINGS AND IDK WHAT TO DO. PLEASEEE HELLPPPP
